The Flight of Birds
by Annemarie Cooper
I’ve been aware of Annemarie’s work for a couple of years. She’s had entries in the Genius Floored anthologies the past two years. It was only when I heard her read The Owl Man that I thought to see if she had any other poems. The result was a surprise and a delight. Her poems range from whimsical and fantasic, to more visceral reality. I'm really quite pleased to be presenting this, her first collection.
